Donation Terms
These terms apply to all donations made to Graceful Women Foundation. Please read them carefully before donating.
Donation Method
Donations are made by bank transfer in South African Rand (ZAR) or US Dollars (USD). We do not process online card payments. Donors are responsible for initiating and completing their own bank transfer.
Verification
All donations are manually verified by our team before being added to campaign totals. A donation remains in 'Pending Verification' status until confirmed. Only verified donations contribute to campaign totals and impact statistics.
Donation Confirmation
After making a bank transfer, donors submit a confirmation with their details and reference. Providing accurate information helps us verify donations promptly.
Receipts
Once a donation is verified, the donor receives a formal receipt. We do not claim tax deductibility unless the Foundation has verified and configured its legal and tax status.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. As donations are made by bank transfer, refund requests should be directed to our team.
Use of Donations
Donations are directed to the campaign or purpose selected by the donor, or to where the need is greatest for general donations. We reserve the right to redirect funds if a campaign is completed or closed.
Monthly Donations
Monthly donations are arranged by the donor with their own bank as recurring transfers. The website does not process automatic recurring payments.
